





Bread gets a bad rap. That is because the grocery store shelves are full of over processed loaves of junk that are full of ingredients we can't even pronounce, let alone digest.
Sourdough is different. The origins are ancient. It is bread with purpose and the way it was intended to be eaten.
Three simple ingredients: organic flour, sea salt and filtered water. These simple ingredients go through a complex process called fermentation, which IS the magic of sourdough!
In an age of instant gratification, sourdough is one that stands apart. There is nothing quick about it. A true labor of love. The fermentation process breaks down the proteins in flour, pre-digests the gluten (so your body doesn't have to), and the lactic acid it contains is beneficial to our gut health. Many people with gluten intolerances can easily tolerate sourdough bread.
The complex taste of sourdough is unlike anything else. A crisp crust coupled with a light and soft interior is the ultimate combo.

Motherhood has opened my eyes to many things. It’s all a slippery slope... one moment I’m casually looking at every ingredient in foods, the next moment I’m measuring starter, shaping dough and making a huge mess in my kitchen!
I could not find what I wanted on the shelves at the store so I began taking things, quite literally, into my own hands!
As a third time mom, I had my first time experience with allergies. My son was born with several allergies. Through the process of healing his gut, I also began experimenting with several allergy friendly options that were clean, organic, AND nourishing.
Creating allergy friendly options for the community has become one of my biggest driving motives, because I have been there and experienced so much when it comes to this allergy journey.
Nothing feels better than making my family's favorite baked goods in the most nourishing and ancestral of ways, and I want to share that with your family!

Our family has regularly visited the Lake St. Louis Farmer's Market ever since moving to O'Fallon in 2019.
We have loved supporting local vendors and stocking up on some of the healthiest foods available.
I will never forget the feeling of becoming a vendor myself on that very first Saturday we opened our booth! We love being a part of this community and knowing that these products made with love our going to nourish so many homes and families in our community!
While we aren't there every Saturday due to our photography schedule, we try to get out there 2-3 times per month.



Not technically, but... the long fermentation process that occurs in the traditional sourdough baking process breaks down and pre-digests most of the gluten which means a loaf of sourdough typically has 1/12 the amount of gluten as traditional bread. This means that most people with gluten sensitivities can usually enjoy our sourdough with no gut issues.
We only use organic flour and fruit in all of our breads. The quality of ingredients is an integral part of what I stand for. Organic flour in sourdough is important because it means no glysophate. Wheat is one of the most heavily sprayed crops, and this chemical causes so many health issues.

A drop is a weekly pre-order sale that is only available for a short time and has limited inventory.
